SciberBrain is a collection of free resources for addressing controversial aspects of genetic engineering, stem cells, vaccinations, evolution, clinical trials and brain chemistry with a range of audiences
The SciberBrain team are delighted to announce that they have now extended and differentiated the collection for two ability levels: Standard (for audiences with no prior knowledge) and NEW Advanced (post-16 audiences with some prior knowledge).
Resources include background science presentations, dialogue stimuli, videos and quizzes which have been selected by teachers and scientists from a range of sources. Lesson plans and dialogue facilitation tips are also available. SciberBrain is ideal for use with schools and public audiences.
Here is one idea for a one-hour discussion event with smaller groups (10 – 25 participants)
- Read through the facilitators tips
- Present a background science presentations and some opinions to your audience
- Have a group discussion
